  • 150 swim, rest :15
  • 100 pull, rest :15
  • 50 kick, rest 10

Main set: Total of 1600

  • 50 hard/50 easy, rest :10
  • 100 hard/100 easy, rest :10
  • 150 hard/150 easy, rest :15
  • 200 hard/200 easy, rest :20
  • 150 hard/150 easy, rest :15
  • 100 hard/100 easy, rest :10
  • 50 hard/50 easy, rest :10

Cool down

  • 100 easy swim
