  • 75 swim/75 pull, rest :20
  • 75 swim/75 drill, rest :20
  • 75 swim/75 pull

Main set: Total of 1200

  • 3 x 100 swim descend 1-3, rest :15 after 1, :20 after 2 and :30 after 3
  • 100 easy swim recovery, rest :30 seconds
  • 3 x 100 swim descend 1-3, rest :15 after 1, :20 after 2, and :30 after 3
  • 100 easy swim recovery, rest :30 seconds
  • 3 x 100 swim descend 1-3, rest :15 after 1, :20 after 2 and :30 after 3
  • 100 easy recovery swim

Cool down: Total of 200

  • 100 easy kick, rest :20
  • 100 easy swim
