Weekly Swim Workout #23

Warm-up: Total of 700

  • 200 swim, rest: 20
  • 3 x 50 kick, rest: 15 after each
  • 2 x 100 pull, rest: 15 after each
  • 6 x 25 drill, rest: 15 after each

Main set: Total of 800

  • 4 x 125, (50 comfortable/25 hard/50 comfortable), rest :30 after each
  • 3 x 100  comfortable swim, rest :10 after each

Kick/pull set: Total of 400

  • 4 x 150 (each 150 is 100 pull with buoy only/50 kick), rest :20 after each

Cool down: Total of 100

  • 100 easy swim
